How to use


Step 1 Remove a test strip from the container and close the cap tightly. As you insert the metallic end of the of the strip into the meter, it turns on.	Step 2 From any recommended sites of obtaining blood on your finger, lance the side of your fingertip with your lancing device.	Step 3 Apply the blood drop to the green field’s center on the strip and remove your finger. When the meter detects the blood, a flashing hourglass symbol appears after a beep which indicates that the test is in progress.	Step 4 The test gets over in about 5 seconds. The screen displays the result after a beep automatically. Remove the test strip from the meter and turn it off. Dispose the strip after the process is completed

How to use


Step 1 Place the pinhole opening firmly against your finger, and press the yellow release button. This will lance your finger.	Step 2 Gently squeeze your finger to assist the blood flow. This helps you get a blood drop.	Step 3 Touch the yellow edge of the test strip to the blood drop. Remove your finger from the test strip when the flashing hourglass symbol appears.	Step 4 Your test result appears with an arrow which indicates if your test result falls above, within or below the target range. The target range is represented by the green region of the target range indicator.

CREAMY CHICKEN SOUP Ingredients - Boneless chicken pieces (250 g), buttermilk (500 ml), finely chopped celery (1 cup), chopped garlic (2 tsp), chopped onion (4 tbsp), finely chopped lemongrass stem (2 tbsp), an avocado, soy sauce (1 tbsp), Salt and pepper according to taste and ensure diabetes care (4 scoops).
